Welcome to meowbeachwear.com, operated by Meow Design Co., Ltd. ("Meow Beachwear," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including customers, browsers, and anyone who submits content. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and may be subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colours accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen display will be exact.

Our handmade vintage obi kimono pieces are one-of-a-kind collector items. Once sold, they cannot be reproduced or re-ordered.

 

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

 

4. Pricing & Taxes

Prices displayed on the Site are in Thai Baht (THB). International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside our control.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on meowbeachwear.com — including but not limited to product designs, patterns, photography, text, logos, and the Meow Design™ trademark — is the exclusive intellectual property of Meow Design Co., Ltd. and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Our kimono-inspired patterns are rooted in Japanese Noh theatre heritage. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any brand assets without written permission is strictly prohibited.

 

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting harmful or fraudulent content, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meow Design Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, without prejudice to the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom.
